Disabled Wintersport Australia |
|
Warren Miller's Dynasty tour is proud to annouce that this year we have teamed up with Disabled WinterSport Australia as our charity of choice.
We are pleased to let you know that the collecting in Sydney and Melbourne raised an incredible $5900, meaning that a new mono-ski is in their grasp!!
Disabled WinterSport Australia (DWA) is a multi-faceted, self-help sporting organisation founded in 1978 by Australia's first Paralympic skier Ron Finneran and Canadian instructor Bruce Abel. The purpose of DWA is to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to enjoy winter sports and to enjoy the magnificent environment that is Australia's Snowy Mountains with fellow skiers.
Keep an eye out for collectors at the Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane and Gold-Coast shows, and please give generously.
Thanks again and keep on enjoying the Warren Miller movies! Let it snow, and see you on the slopes!
