Entrants Entry is open to residents of the Relevant States and Countries aged eighteen (18) years or over. Employees, immediate family members, retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies related to the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
Type of Promotion This Promotion is a game of skill.
Entry Procedure To enter and be eligible, entrants must during the Promotional Period:

  • Purchase a ticket to Warren Miller’s ‘SNO-CIETY’ from www.warrenmiller.com.au or a participating cinema; or
  • Subscribe to Chillfactor Magazine through an approved promotional channel before the subscription deadline for the 2026 issue.

Entrants must complete and submit the online entry form via QR code at screenings or approved online platforms.

Required details include:

  • Full name
  • Residential address
  • Age
  • Date of birth
  • Title
  • Gender
  • Email address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Proof of purchase or subscription
  • Survey responses

By submitting the form, entrants consent to receive marketing materials related to the offerings of Adventure Entertainment and its partners.
Winner Selection Criteria This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be judged based on creativity, originality and overall stand-out quality. Each prize will be awarded to a different person. Entrants are only eligible to win one prize each.
Determination Date The prize winners will be determined at Newport, Sydney, at 12:00 pm AEST on Friday, 31 July 2026.
Redemption Period Winners will have 7 days from the Determination Date to accept their prize by providing valid identification documents.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on eligibility, entry mechanisms, prizes and the Schedule form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promotion Period commences on the Start Date and concludes on the End Date as stated in the Schedule.
  3. Entrants must meet the eligibility conditions specified in the Schedule.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify anyone who does not meet the eligibility conditions.
  5. To enter and be eligible, entrants must satisfy the eligibility conditions and correctly submit an entry in accordance with the Entry Procedure.
  6. The Promotion is a game of skill. Winners will be selected based on the Winner Selection Criteria at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
  7. Entrants are responsible for any expenses incurred when entering the Promotion and accessing, claiming or using a prize.
  8. The prizes will be awarded in the name of the winning entrants in accordance with these Terms.
  9. Winning entrants will be notified through email within 48 hours of the Determination Date.
  10. The Promoter’s determination of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  12. If a winner does not claim a prize within the Redemption Period, the prize may be forfeited and another winner may be determined.
  13. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal value and/or specification.
  14. If a winner’s entry is invalid, the Promoter may determine another winner.
  15. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer guarantees under applicable Australian or New Zealand law.
  16. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  17. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for losses arising out of participation in the Promotion, claiming or using a prize, theft, delays, technical failures, or tax liability incurred by a winner.
  18. If a Force Majeure Event prevents performance of the Promotion or provision of a prize, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or provide an alternative prize of the same value.
  19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries.
  20. If a dispute arises about the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorised account holder of the relevant email address or account.
  21. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and for purposes set out in its Privacy Policy, and may disclose this information to third parties including prize suppliers and service providers.
  22. Any attempt to maliciously damage or interfere with the Promotion website or its operation may result in legal action.
  23. The Promotion platform may contain links to third-party websites, and the Promoter is not responsible for their content.
  24. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media platforms unless stated otherwise.
  25. References to dollars, AUD$ or $ are references to Australian currency unless otherwise stated.
  26. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or replaced if required by any Australian or New Zealand regulatory authority.
  27. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which the Promotion is conducted and the Commonwealth of Australia, with entrants submitting to the jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
  28. Before court proceedings are started, parties must first meet in good faith to try to resolve disputes, and then may refer the matter to mediation.
  29. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Promoter and entrants.
  30. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties, guarantees or representations except as expressly provided.
  31. Winners of alcohol prizes must be over 18 years of age.
